Oversaw detailed project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking to ensure financial and scheduling targets were consistently met. Maintained governance compliance with state and corporate policies while conducting ROI analyses, managing risks, and negotiating vendor contracts, POs, MSAs, and SOWs.

Charter Communications (Spectrum)
Coordinated the end-to-end Fraud Platform Modernization project for Charter Communications, guiding it from design through implementation. Planned and executed a phased launch strategy that balanced customer impact with operational readiness. Partnered with cross-functional teams—including developers, architects, and fraud and credit units—to define API integrations and technical requirements for a new ordering and reporting system.
Co-ordinated the Fraud Platform Modernization in the ordering back office for Charter Communication from design to implementation.
Planned and executed the launch strategy of the new platform including customer impact, phased releases, and launch analytics.
Closely worked with project managers, developers, architects, fraud and credit teams, and business to develop and plan the various the API integrations and other technical specifications in launching a new ordering system and fraud and credit reports.
